Our Core Team is a group of people who make things happen. We are the organisers and thinkers behind the work of Built On Blood. We are the backbone of the campaign as a whole. If you see us around, feel free to say hi and chat to us!

1: The central group of organisers, empowered to make decisions and plan strategy.

2: Committed to meeting weekly online to discuss the ongoing work of the collective.

3: Doing the behind-the-scenes work necessary to make the collective function daily.

Members Network

Our Members Network is a group made up of anyone who supports Built On Blood!

The Members Network shows up on the day at actions and interventions and participate in monthly meetings where we brainstorm and discuss BoB's strategy and activities. The Members Network is a more flexible and low-pressure way to get involved in the work of Built On Blood, and a good place to begin.

1: Once a month, there is a Members Network meeting which everybody is invited to. At these meetings, we discuss the work of BoB over the last month, and work together on key tasks like placard-making or power mapping!

2: The Members Network feeds in policies, thoughts, criticisms and ideas to the Core Team, and shows up on the day to take part in Interventions and Actions.

If you’d like to join Built On Blood as part of the Core Team, Members Network, or Activist Network, please drop us a DM or email us at builtonblood@bruford.ac.uk or builtonblood@gmail.com

Questions to consider when deciding if you want to start organising with us:

Why would you like to join this collective?

In your experience, what does anti-colonial work look like?

What skills or interests would you like to bring to this campaign?

Who are your political heroes?
